Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Co-op)
Transpire Technologies is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in IT consulting and advisory services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a co-op term. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
- Cold call prospects using a given phone directory to sell solution & services. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Support lead generation efforts by managing databases, tracking leads, and assisting with follow-ups.
- Coordinate event logistics, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
- Assist with social media management, content creation, and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
